Your Mission • Shape and  drive our global people strategy  together with the Global HR Director, ensuring strong alignment with business priorities • Lead and empower a global HR Business Partner team , fostering collaboration, growth, and high performance • Translate business needs into  impactful workforce planning  and organizational strategies that support long-term success • Establish and continuously evolve a consistent,  high-quality HRBP operating model  across regions • Collaborate with L&D to drive global talent management , including succession planning and leadership pipeline development • Act as a trusted  sparring partner for senior leaders  on strategic topics such as organizational design, transformation, and leadership effectiveness • Provide  data-driven insights  on workforce trends, organizational development, and productivity to support decision-making • Ensure pragmatic and compliant  HR governance  while collaborating closely with other HR functions to create a seamless employee experience Your Talents • Extensive experience in HR Business Partnering  within international, matrix organizations • Proven leadership experience  and coaching capabilities with a passion for developing others • Strong  expertise in organizational design, workforce planning, and change  or transformation environments • A strategic mindset combined with strong business acumen and the  ability to align people and business goals • Confidence in  working with data and analytics  to guide decisions and create impact • Strong  stakeholder management skills  and the ability to advise and challenge senior leaders constructively • Excellent communication skills in  English and German  and the ability to collaborate across cultures Our Benefits • Flexible working time models, 30 days of vacation • Travel allowance for public transport, job bike, parking spaces, charging facilities for electric vehicles • Childcare allowance • Possibility of personal timeout • Health offerings, including a subsidized Wellhub membership (gyms, classes, online training) • Company restaurant • Targeted further education opportunities within our LMS • Corporate Benefits for employees Are you in?
