Description
You'll own the employee-facing side of IT — support, access, devices, and the workplace tooling every colleague relies on each day — across several countries and legal entities. You'll make day one work, so a new joiner has their access, device, and tools ready before they start, and make the last day just as reliable. You'll run access management that's fast and safe at the same time, built on an agreed access model, tiered approvals, and time-bound rights, with evidence produced as a by-product of the work rather than reconstructed after the fact. You'll lead a distributed support team and raise the quality of the service it delivers. And you'll treat repeated manual work as a defect — removing it with automation and AI-assisted tooling, so the team spends its time on the cases that genuinely need a human. Lead IT support via Jira Service Desk with clear request catalogs, resolution targets, and effective first-line resolution. Manage IAM end-to-end (SSO, SCIM, roles) across Google Workspace, Slack, Atlassian, and key internal tools. Execute joiner-mover-leaver workflows automatically based on People team triggers. Build and manage access models with Security: tiered/time-bound access, dual approvals, and incident break-glass paths. Run periodic access reviews with system owners, revoking stale rights and retaining audit artifacts. Manage device lifecycles, MDM baselines (encryption, patching, remote wipe), procurement, and offboarding returns. Administer workplace SaaS stack settings, roles, and seat hygiene, reconciling seats for budget owners. Eliminate repetitive manual IT tasks using automation and lightweight AI tooling. Roll out and govern employee AI tools with Security-approved guardrails and cost/usage tracking. Maintain updated runbooks for all systems with designated primary and deputy owners. 4+ years in IT support, corporate IT or workplace IT, including 1+ years leading a team or a support function. Hands-on identity administration: SSO/SAML, SCIM provisioning, group and role models, joiner-mover-leaver processes. You can do the work in the admin console, not only describe it. Hands-on device management: MDM for macOS (Windows a plus) - encryption, patching, secure wipe. Administration depth in a collaboration stack: Google Workspace, Slack, Atlassian, a password manager; a clear understanding of what each plan level allows and what it does not. Service desk practice: intake, request catalogue, targets, queue management, and the discipline of keeping every request traceable. Able to design an access model with Information Security and system owners, and then run it as a routine instead of a series of one-off decisions. Automation literacy: scripting or workflow automation tools, simple integrations, comfortable with HTTP + JSON. Experience with AI-assisted tooling in an internal IT context is a strong plus. People management: hiring, feedback, coverage planning, and keeping quality while the team is small. Experience in a multi-country, multi-entity setup is a plus. Awareness of compliance requirements in a regulated fintech environment (DORA, ISO 27001, SOC 2). English: confident spoken and written, including documentation that non-native colleagues can follow. We have a hybrid model in one of our offices, Berlin, or Limassol. Learning & development budget to support your professional growth. Fully paid vacation and sick leave. Sports compensation. Real growth prospects, significant responsibility, and the ability to make an immediate impact from day one. Enhance your expertise and shape the future of FinTech. Join Vivid's talented team and help us revolutionize how people think about their money! Final compensation is determined individually, based on your experience, skills and the scope of the role, assessed against objective, gender-neutral criteria. At Vivid, we're on a mission to change how businesses and individuals manage their money across Europe.
