Think Big  - we believe in always striving for more.   Key Responsibilities Review, verify, and process vendor invoices in a timely manner Match purchase orders, invoices, and receipts (3-way matching) Ensure proper coding of expenses and compliance with company policies Prepare and execute payment runs (bank transfers, checks, etc.) Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies Maintain accurate and up-to-date vendor records Respond to vendor inquiries and maintain positive relationships Assist with month-end closing activities, including accruals Support audits by providing required documentation Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience) 1–3+ years of experience in accounts payable or general accounting Familiarity with accounting principles and practices Experience with ERP/accounting systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks) Proficiency in Microsoft Excel Strong attention to detail and accuracy Good communication and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines What we offer: Competitive salary Premium Health insurance Career and skills development opportunities Fun and collaborative team environment New modern office space
