We are seeking our future   Head of Strategy Execution & Transformation Office   to   lead   Aliaxis’ EMEA transformation agenda . Partnering directly with the EVP EMEA, you will   drive   the execution of strategic priorities, foster collaboration across functions and geographies,   manage   multiple   projects   and   enhance organizational performance and business impact across the region. ABOUT THE ROLE Reporting to the EVP EMEA,   the   role   aims to   drive   the   regional   transformation agenda by aligning priorities, integrating cross-functional initiatives,   managing   multiple   projects,   and enabling effective decision-making across a matrix organization. WHAT YOU WILL DO • Coordinate   the EMEA transformation agenda, ensuring strategic alignment, execution excellence, and delivery of cross-functional initiatives. • Act as a strategic partner to the EVP EMEA, providing insights, performance visibility, and re com mendations to support decision-making. • Manage multiple projects in close collaboration with local business teams, including regular travel to sites. • Drive collaboration and governance across the EMEA Leadership Team, PMOs, and   g lobal stakeholders, ensuring accountability and disciplined execution. • Anticipate and mitigate risks, manage interdependencies, and remove obstacles to   maintain   momentum on critical priorities. • Track   projects   performance and transformation progress through KPIs, dashboards, and actionable reporting. • Promote continuous improvement, simplifying   processes   and enhancing organizational effectiveness. • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, challenging assumptions and facilitating solutions in a n   international   stakeholder environment. A BOUT YOU Success in the   position   requires outstanding stakeholder management skills and the ability to build trust and drive alignment across   a n   international organization. Key requirements: • Manager-level experience in management consulting ,   com pl emented by   relevant   in-house   corporate experience   in   strategy execution , transformation, operational excellenc e ,   or   program management . • Experience   driving   transformation within   matrix organizations ,   with a hands-on approach and close partnership with business   teams   and senior leaders . • E xecutive   com munication skills   and s trategic thinking ,   translating   business priorities into actionable roadmaps ,   and   influencing decision-making at   senior leadership   level . • Outstanding   stakeholder management   skills ,   with a passion   for   be ing   close to   the business   and driv ing   alignment across   functions   and   geographies . • Project   management   expertise , including governance,   dependency management, and performance tracking .   Relevant c ertifications   ( PMP, PRINCE2,   Prosci , Scrum Master, Agile Coach )   are an advantage. • Experience working across   multicultural   environment, with the flexibility to travel regularly   across EMEA   to   understand operational realities and engage with local teams.
