Description
At Searadar, we're building one of the world's leading yacht charter marketplaces, connecting travelers with thousands of yachts across the world.
We're looking for a Head of Supply Partnerships to lead our supplier strategy, strengthen relationships with key charter companies, and maximize the commercial performance of our global supply network.
This is a highly visible leadership role working directly with the founders and influencing company strategy. You'll play a key role in shaping how thousands of yacht charters are delivered worldwide while building one of the strongest supplier networks in the industry.
Tasks
Partnership Development
• Develop and execute the company's supplier partnership strategy.
• Build long-term strategic relationships with charter companies across multiple markets.
• Expand and strengthen Searadar's supplier portfolio.
• Identify and onboard high-value suppliers aligned with business goals.
• Become the primary strategic contact for our key partners.
Commercial Growth
• Lead commercial negotiations with charter companies.
• Increase average supplier commissions and improve commercial conditions.
• Negotiate discounts, exclusive offers, preferred partnerships, and long-term agreements.
• Drive profitability by optimizing supplier economics.
• Increase the share of bookings through strategic suppliers.
Supplier Performance
• Define and monitor supplier performance KPIs.
• Improve supplier service quality and customer satisfaction.
• Analyze supplier performance using operational and commercial data.
• Lead supplier escalations and drive sustainable improvements.
• Partner closely with Sales, Customer Success, Operations, and Finance to improve the end-to-end supplier experience.
Strategy & Analytics
• Analyze supplier portfolio performance and identify growth opportunities.
• Define strategic supplier priorities based on business impact.
• Replace underperforming suppliers with stronger strategic partners.
• Work with data, automation, and AI tools to improve supplier efficiency, decision-making, and partnership performance.
• Continuously optimize supplier processes to support scalable company growth.
Success in this role means

• Increasing average supplier commission.
• Improving supplier NPS and overall partner satisfaction.
• Reducing supplier-related complaints and operational escalations.
• Growing bookings with strategic suppliers.
• Increasing supplier retention and engagement.
• Building a stronger, more profitable supplier portfolio.
Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in Partnership Management, Supplier Relations, Business Development, or Account Management.
• At least 2 years leading strategic partnerships or managing a supplier portfolio.
• Proven experience negotiating commercial agreements and driving business growth.
• Strong analytical mindset with confidence working with KPIs, reporting, and data-driven decision making.
• Experience using CRM systems, BI tools, automation platforms, and AI tools to improve operational efficiency.
• Outstanding negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).
• Russian is a strong advantage.
• Experience in travel, hospitality, marketplaces, or SaaS is a strong plus.
