Your responsibilities: The Head (f/m/d) of Transportation and Foreign Trade EMEA is responsible for managing relationships with transportation service providers, focusing on the following key areas: • Contract management • Identification of efficiency gains via managing continuous improvement programs • KPI management • Leading the Transportation and Import/Export teams More specifically, in this role, you will have end-to-end responsibility for: • Oversight of inbound and outbound freight activities and outbound carrier performance • Ownership of the transportation and P&L budget • Lead import/export strategy with the Foreign Trade Office Management • Performance monitoring and cost reporting • Invoice verification, control, and documentation management • Transportation claims management and resolution • Assist sales business units to find delivery solutions to customers/consignees requests • Implementation of X-docking models • Identification and implementation of new transportation routes • Driving continuous improvement initiatives • Leading and coordinating projects across all key areas of responsibility • Providing support for the opening, expansion, and transfer of distribution centers Your profile: • Relevant experience in transportation management areas • Solid knowledge in the foreign trade domain • Proven track record of process improvement and change management • Experience in team leading • Willingness to travel as required per the business (from 25% to 50%) • Competent knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel • Good command of English TTI-EMEA LI-AC1 At TTI, we are committed to being an equal opportunity employer.
