Description
My client is currently looking to recruit a Head Veterinary Surgeon to lead their established and forward-thinking practice in Lincoln. This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced vet ready to take on a strategic leadership role and drive clinical excellence within a supportive, well-equipped environment.
The Role
• Salary: £75,000–£90,000 DOE
• Permanent, full-time (39 hours)
• 4-day working week
• 1 in 4 weekends
• No out-of-hours
• On-call responsibility for overnight inpatients only (when applicable)
As Head Vet, you will play a key role within the management team, spearheading the continuous improvement of clinical standards and services. You will coach and inspire colleagues, supporting their professional development while delivering gold-standard, evidence-based care.
This role would suit a Veterinary Surgeon with strong clinical expertise who is confident in leadership and motivated to shape and influence a practice’s long-term vision.
