Key Responsibilities Lead technical or specialist workstreams within consulting engagements Deliver operational risk management, safety, and performance improvement initiatives Facilitate workshops, assessments, and stakeholder discussions with clients Analyse operational risks, systems, and improvement opportunities across industrial environments Support the design and implementation of practical and sustainable improvement solutions Mentor and support junior consultants and project teams Contribute to capability development, methodologies, and knowledge sharing across dss+ Support proposal development and client engagement activities across the region   This role is based in Greece (from your home office) and requires frequent client travel, up to four days per week.
