And because we keep breaking new ground, we’re looking for someone who knows how to turn vision into reality.   Join us and make it your own story.  Trust us, you won't get bored, as you:  act as the operator’s representative across our North American hotel projects ensure Ruby’s brand, technical, design, and operational standards come to life on site coordinate developers, architects, engineers, contractors, consultants, and suppliers manage FF&E execution from tendering and vendor selection through installation and handover review layouts, drawings, specifications, and MEP coordination with a strong eye for detail and guest experience identify project risks early and help solve issues before they become problems support construction progress, quality assurance, snagging, commissioning, and operational readiness help shape and adapt Ruby’s brand standards for the North American market   We've been waiting for you, since you have/are: 7+ years of experience in hospitality, construction, architecture, FF&E, or technical project management experience working on the operator, brand, or owner representative side of hotel projects a strong understanding of construction processes, building systems, FF&E integration, and technical coordination the ability to manage multiple stakeholders, timelines, and priorities without losing your cool a hands-on and solution-oriented mindset  excellent communication and organizational skills an eye for detail while still keeping the bigger picture in mind confidence working in fast-paced and international environments willingness to travel across North America fluent English skills — additional languages like Spanish are a plus What's in for you? The anticipated salary range for this position is $130.000 – $150.000 USD annually , depending on experience, skills, and overall fit for the role.
