Adient Morocco has been certified as a Top Employer 2026.   Based on an HR Best Practices Survey, the Top Employers Institute puts organizations around the world under   close scrutiny   in the areas of Business & People Strategy, Leadership and Employee Wellbeing, among others Position Overview Reporting directly to the   HR Manager , our future   HR   Assistant   will have as mission s   to   : • Monitor daily absences, including sick leave, workplace accidents, vacation leave, and unauthorized absences. • Follow and conduct Back-to-work interviews following an employee’s absence. • Ensure compliance with labor regulations and internal company procedures. • Handle employee complaints related to transportation and cafeteria services during shift changes. • Participate in the prevention and resolution of workplace conflicts. • Collect and verify supporting documents for employee absences. • Contribute to   maintaining   a positive work environment and fostering employee engagement. • Identify   and analyze the reasons for employee departures.
