What we do FASTSHIP is a Thailand's top-notch cross border logistics platform aggregating over 15 top door to door delivery service providers including UPS, FedEx, Aramex, USPS, ThailandPost etc. Our strategy is to expand the business range to compete with a rapidly growing e-commerce business in SEA through innovative, technology-driven and a broad range of total solutions in logistics and supply chain. • Over 200 destinations in the services • 25 unique logistics services offering • 20 service points throughout Thailand The HR Business Partner acts as a strategic partner to business leaders, driving end-to-end talent acquisition, strengthening university partnerships and employer branding, and supporting organizational development initiatives. This role ensures workforce effectiveness by aligning people strategies with business goals, enhancing employee experience, and promoting operational excellence across teams. What You Will Handle: 1) End-to-End Recruitment • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for full-time employees including job requirement alignment, sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, offer negotiation, and onboarding coordination. • Manage HR interns and oversee end-to-end internship recruitment programs. • Partner with hiring managers to clarify talent needs and provide strategic hiring recommendations. • Maintain recruitment data, monitor hiring progress, and ensure compliance with internal policies and timelines. 2) University Partnerships & Employee Branding • Establish and manage collaborations with universities and academic institutions to strengthen early-career talent pipelines. • Coordinate internship programs, campus recruitment activities, career fairs, and student engagement initiatives. • Drive employee branding and social media initiatives (Line, Facebook) to promote recruitment activities, internship programs, and employer brand presence. 3) Organizational Development & Employee Growth • Conduct regular check-ins with managers to gather insights on team performance, employee experience, and development needs. • Provide guidance to employees and managers on employee relations matters in alignment with company policies. What you have: • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. • 3-4 years of experience in HR, Talent Acquisition, or HR Business Partner roles, with proven hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment. • Strong understanding of HR practices, employee relations principles, and recruitment methodologies. • Experience managing university partnerships, employer branding initiatives, social media campaigns, or early-career talent programs is an advantage. • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with hiring managers and employees at all levels. • Proactive, results-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
