Based in Munich, you will act as the local HR representative for approximately 70 employees across Germany, Austria, Switherland and Sweden, partnering closely with senior leaders and C-level stakeholders.  Your role  Act as the trusted HR Business Partner for managers and senior leaders across the DACH/Nordics cluster.  Provide hands-on support across the employee lifecycle, including employee relations, onboarding, performance management, talent development and organizational topics.  Represent HR locally in Munich and ensure strong alignment with the DHR and HR Operations teams.  Support local HR rituals, events and initiatives that strengthen culture and employee engagement.  Advise leaders pragmatically on people topics while balancing strategic priorities with operational execution.  Contribute to consistent HR practices across the region while adapting to local needs and context.  What makes this opportunity exciting  A senior and visible HR role with direct exposure to C-level stakeholders in Munich.  High autonomy and ownership as the local HR representative for the DACH/Nordics scope.  The opportunity to shape local HR practices, rituals and culture in a growing international organization.  A broad role combining business partnership, talent topics, local HR operations and employee engagement.  Interview process  - Talent Acquisition interview  - Exotest (practical exercise)   -Interview with hiring manager   - Onsite interview in the Munich office with Key Buisness Stakeholders
