• Manage the end-to-end onboarding process, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for new hires.
• Act as the main point of contact for employees and managers on HR administrative matters, including leave management, sickness absence, permits, workplace injuries, and severance pay (TFR).
• Maintain and update employee records and HR systems, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
• Coordinate administrative activities related to hiring, contract renewals, employee changes, and terminations throughout the employee lifecycle.
• Support monthly attendance tracking and validation, ensuring accurate data management and timely processing.
• Prepare and analyze HR reports and KPIs, including absence trends, leave balances, attendance data, and workforce metrics.
• Manage HR documentation and ensure proper filing and compliance with internal procedures and legal requirements.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure the efficient execution of HR administrative processes and contribute to continuous process improvements.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in HR Administration, Personnel Administration, or similar HR roles.
• Fluent English (written and spoken) – C1 level.
• Solid knowledge of Italian labor law and HR administrative processes.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (Pivot Tables, advanced formulas, reporting).
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a dynamic environment.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and accuracy.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Nice to Have
• Experience with attendance and time management processes.
• Knowledge of Workday or other HRIS platforms.
• Previous experience supporting onboarding and employee lifecycle activities in an international or structured environment.
