Your Day-to-Day • Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, contracts, and other personnel documentation to ensure accurate and organized data management. • Support day-to-day HR operations by managing attendance, leave records, reimbursements, petty cash tracking, and other administrative processes. • Process student transfer data, invoices, and HR-related documentation while coordinating closely with Finance and cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate execution. • Administer HR systems, including updating employee information in HRIS platforms (e.g., Talenta) and supporting invoice management through tools such as Paper.id. • Prepare employment letters, contracts, and other HR documents while ensuring compliance with internal policies and maintaining confidentiality. • Collaborate with stakeholders across teams to support HR initiatives, improve operational efficiency, and deliver a positive employee experience. What We're Looking For • Final-year student or recent graduate in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Management, Information System or a related field. • Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, including functions, Pivot Tables, and basic data analysis; familiarity with Microsoft Office is required. • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism, accuracy, and discretion. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams. • Familiarity with HRIS platforms (e.g., Talenta) and invoice management tools (e.g., Paper.id) is an advantage, with a willingness to learn new HR technologies.
