Talent Acquisition Source and screen profiles through job portals, social media, and referrals. Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring teams. Conduct initial HR screening and assess candidate suitability. Manage offer process, documentation, and candidate communication. Workday , Leave portal etc. 2. Onboarding & Induction Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and onboarding kits. Facilitate employee induction and ensure a smooth joining experience. Coordinate with IT/Admin for system access, seating, and ID creation. Update new hires in Workday and ensure accurate employee data entry. 3. HR Operations Maintain employee records and update HR systems including Workday. Manage employee lifecycle transactions (job changes, transfers, exits) in Workday. Handle weekly/monthly HR MIS reports and Excel trackers (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables). Support payroll inputs and maintain HR documentation. Assist employees with queries related to HR policies, leave, attendance, etc. 4. Leave & Attendance Management Monitor employee attendance and leave applications through the Leave Portal. Ensure accurate tracking and timely updates of leave balances. Address employee queries related to leave policies and approvals. Coordinate with managers for leave escalations when required. 5. Background Verification Coordinate with external vendors for pre-employment background checks. Review and track progress of BGV reports. Maintain proper documentation and resolve discrepancies. Required Skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, Data Analysis). Hands-on experience with Workday HRIS and Leave Management systems (preferred). Good understanding of HR processes, documentation, and statutory requirements. Strong coordination and stakeholder management abilities. Preferred Qualifications MBA (HR) / MSW / LLB or equivalent degree. 0–2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition and HR Operations. inquiry management, implementation of local services and programs to reduce employee turnover, talent acquisition, select onboarding / offboarding activities, and on site learning facilitation.
