Our office is in the center of Budapest, in WestEnd Office Towers and the Finance department, where the Finance Assistant position belongs, has an important role in the life of our company. Finance Assistant (Fixed-term) We are looking for a Finance Assistant to join our Budapest team on a 1-year fixed-term contract , with an immediate start. If you enjoy working on a variety of finance-related tasks, have strong attention to detail, and are enthusiastic to gain experience in an international company, we would be delighted to receive your application. Scope of Responsibilities: • Recording and tracking incoming supplier invoices • Simplified accounting for supplier invoices • Issuing late payment interest invoices based on available calculations • Tracking and administration of supplier invoice payments • Active participation in audits and various financial projects • Supporting the financial team’s daily work Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Business administration, and at least one year of experience in finance or accounting field OR • At least three years of relevant prior work experience • Strong Microsoft Excel skills • Accurate, detail-oriented, and reliable in your work • Good English and Hungarian verbal and written communication skills • Communicate confidently with colleagues and external partners • Able to prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines What we offer: • Competitive salary • Cafeteria, telephone allowance and health insurance, AYCM • Local public transportation reimbursement or parking place in Westend • Opportunity to work in a globally recognized biopharma company • International company, family atmosphere • Dynamic and supportive work environment • Full-time, Definite contract (starting immediately) • Home office possibility Why Join Us?
