Bellows Plumbing, Heating, Cooling & Electrical is growing, and we are looking for motivated individuals to join our team as HVAC Install Helpers. The right person will be dependable, hardworking, and ready to learn both in the field and alongside experienced technicians. Bellows services customers throughout the entire San Francisco Bay Area. This position supports our North Bay operations and serves Marin, Sonoma, and Napa counties. Our North Bay headquarters are located in Novato, making this a great opportunity for applicants living in the North Bay who want a shorter commute and the chance to work close to home. This position starts at 7:00 AM each day , helping get our teams organized, prepared, and out to their calls for a successful day. It’s a great fit for someone who likes getting an early start and getting off earlier in the afternoon. Position Overview The HVAC Install Helper works closely with experienced technicians and the operations team to support HVAC installations while learning the fundamentals of the trade. This role focuses on hands-on training and developing the skills needed to become a successful HVAC technician. The position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities • Assist technicians with HVAC installations • Help prepare job sites, tools, and materials • Maintain a clean and organized work environment • Support installation of heating, cooling, and ventilation systems • Follow safety procedures and company standards at all times • Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors • Participate in ongoing training and skill development Qualifications • Strong interest in starting a career in HVAC or skilled trades • Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn • Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment • Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team • Good communication skills and professional attitude • Ability to lift, carry, and work in various physical conditions • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record preferred • Trade school enrollment or completion is a plus, but not required Bellows is growing, and we are looking for individuals who want to grow with us while building a rewarding career in the HVAC industry.
