This is an excellent opportunity for a successful 360 recruiter to take ownership of an industrial desk and play a key role in its continued growth. Location: Luton (Hybrid Working) Salary: £27,000 - £31,500 basic + uncapped commission (up to 12%) Working Hours: Monday to Friday Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time Requirements Proven 360 recruitment experience within Industrial Recruitment Strong business development and sales experience Experience managing temporary recruitment desks Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Strong organisational and commercial awareness Full UK driving licence Benefits £27,000 - £31,500 basic salary Uncapped commission scheme paying up to 12% Hybrid working available 25 days holiday after 2 years' service plus bank holidays Established industrial client base Supportive management team Career progression opportunities Independent family-run business established since 2006
