ABIS is seeking an experienced Hydrojetting Incharge / Team Leader with shutdown and turnaround experience to oversee and lead hydrojetting operations on site. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the hydrojetting team, ensuring safety compliance, coordinating with other departments, and delivering quality service within project timelines. This role requires strong technical knowledge of hydrojetting techniques, excellent leadership abilities, and familiarity with shutdown and turnaround procedures, particularly in the oil and gas sector. Responsibilities Lead and supervise hydrojetting operations during shutdown and turnaround projects. Coordinate with project management, safety officers, and other teams to ensure smooth execution of hydrojetting activities. Ensure strict adherence to safety standards and company policies during all operations. Plan and allocate resources effectively to meet project schedules and deliverables. Conduct risk assessments and implement measures to mitigate hazards. Provide technical guidance, training, and support to the hydrojetting team. Monitor equipment condition and report any maintenance needs. Prepare and maintain records of operations, safety checks, and incidents. Requirements Minimum of 10 years of experience in hydrojetting operations, including leadership roles. 3 years as Team Leader experience for Hydrojetting Department Proven experience working in shutdown and turnaround environments, preferably within oil and gas industry. Strong knowledge of hydrojetting equipment, safety protocols, and operational practices. Excellent team management and communication skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight project deadlines. Certification or training related to hydrojetting and safety is an advantage. Strong commitment to safety and quality standards.
