Description
Garda Capital Partners, a multi-billion dollar alternative investment firm, is seeking an Infrastructure Support Engineer based in their Singapore office. This role serves as the primary IT point of contact for the Singapore office and operates as a hands-on member of the global infrastructure team, providing end-user support, security operations coverage, and infrastructure assistance. What You'll Do • Serve as primary IT contact for Singapore office, providing support across Windows, macOS, mobile devices, and audio/video conferencing systems • Troubleshoot end-user issues including Microsoft 365, networking, printing, and high-performance hardware; provide specialized support for traders and portfolio managers using Bloomberg and financial applications • Manage hardware inventory, procurement, imaging, and lifecycle management • Triage security alerts and respond to MDR escalations during off-hours; assist with vulnerability remediation, patch deployment, and security configuration hardening • Support Windows and Linux server troubleshooting, endpoint management via Intune, identity services, networking, and assist with PowerShell, Bash, or Python scripting What You Need • 3+ years of experience in IT support, desktop engineering, or IT operations (financial services experience preferred) • Strong troubleshooting skills across Windows 10/11, macOS, iOS, Microsoft 365, and networking • Familiarity with Active Directory, basic Linux, and core security concepts • Self-directed approach, ability to remain calm under pressure, and strong communication skills Nice to Have • Microsoft security stack experience: Entra ID, Intune, Sentinel, Defender, SCCM • Exposure to EDR/MDR solutions such as Defender or Arctic Wolf • Experience with SASE solutions like Netskope, MFA tools such as Duo, or SIEM tools • Linux system administration experience
