Managing service orders, delivery follow-up, and empty container returns. Monitoring operational status updates and resolving transportation incidents. Controlling extraordinary costs and managing supplier performance deviations. Collaborating with key stakeholders including Customer Service, Procurement, Carriers, Depots, Security Providers, and Customers. 🎯 What We’re Looking For: Experience in inland transportation and containerized logistics operations. Knowledge of local trucking operations, depot movements, and transportation regulations. Understanding of truck configurations, weight restrictions, and applicable transportation standards. Experience working with TMS platforms and Microsoft Office. English proficiency at B2 level. Strong operational mindset, excellent follow-up skills, and the ability to manage high-volume operations in a dynamic environment.
