About the Role We are looking for an Inside Sales Consultant to join our talented and passionate sales team in our premium countertop showroom in Alpharetta! Responsibilities · Network and build strong relationships with customers, contractors, designers, and builders · Respond to inbound leads in a timely manner and conduct outbound cold calls as needed · Manage projects from initial consultation through completed installation · Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets · Maintain accurate records and follow up consistently throughout the sales process Qualifications · Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients · Strong verbal and written communication skills · Exceptional customer service skills · Negotiation and persuasion skills · Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously · Self-motivated and driven to succeed in a competitive market · Strong attention to detail · Experience in the construction, countertop, or interior design industry preferred · We provide on-the-job training Compensation & Benefits · Hourly base plus commission, with total compensation potential of $80,000–$120,000+ annually · Paid holidays and vacation days · 401(k) · Short-Term Disability (STD) · Accidental Death & Dismemberment insurance · Term Life insurance Hours: Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm, with one Saturday per month required.
