Position Overview The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for obtaining sales through contacting current customers and potential prospects through cold calling and emails. A good ISR is familiar with and understands the language of sales. Those equip for this role also are excellent active listeners, and are motivated to understand the products/services being sold. Solid communication skills and time management are a must. The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following: • Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities • Contact potential prospects • Identify prospect's needs and suggest appropriate products/services • Build long-term trusting relationships with prospects • Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market • Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) customers and Sales executives • Report to the sales Manager on sales results Requirements • Proven work experience as a Sales Development Representative or similar role • Hands-on experience with multiple sales prospecting techniques like cold calling, cold emailing and social outreach. • Track record of achieving sales quotas • Experience working with a CRM • Sound understanding of sales performance metrics • Excellent communication and negotiation skills • Ability to deliver engaging presentations Desired Skills and Experience If you can achieve the above and you find it fun and challenging - you have just the right amount.
