Instructional Design Specialist Shape the Future of Learning at ING At ING Hubs Philippines, we are looking for an Instructional Design Specialist who is passionate about creating engaging learning experiences and supporting global learning initiatives. If you enjoy turning complex information into meaningful learning and collaborating with international stakeholders, this role offers an opportunity to make a tangible impact. Role Summary As an Instructional Design Specialist, you will support the design, development, and maintenance of learning content, translation processes, and content governance activities. You will help ensure learning materials are   accurate , engaging, accessible, and aligned with ING standards. About the Team You will be part of a learning and development function that supports global stakeholders across ING. The team focuses on delivering high-quality learning experiences,   maintaining   learning content, and continuously improving learning processes and platforms. What   You’ll   Do • Support the creation, update, and quality assurance of learning content and e-learning modules. • Coordinate translation and localization activities for learning materials. • Review and moderate content on ING careers and learning platforms. • Track project progress,   maintain   reports, and coordinate with stakeholders. •   Identify   opportunities to improve content quality, workflows, and learner experience. What You Bring • Strong attention to detail and quality orientation. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. • Experience in content, learning, training, or project coordination. • Familiarity with e-learning tools, LMS platforms, or content management systems is an advantage. • A collaborative mindset and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
