Location: Remote across Canada Work Model: Remote, with optional access to offices in Toronto, Montreal, Halifax, or Vancouver Hours: Eastern Time preferred Contract: 5–6+ months, with strong potential for extension and possible conversion to a permanent position Compensation: $49–$65/hour, depending on experience and qualifications Start: ASAP About the Opportunity Our client is a leading provider of HR, payroll, and workforce management solutions and is seeking a highly skilled Integration Consultant with strong UKG Time & Attendance / UKG Dimensions experience. This is an exciting opportunity for a senior integration professional who enjoys working at the intersection of technology, workforce management, and client consulting . You will play a key role in designing, developing, implementing, and supporting integration solutions connecting UKG Time & Attendance with HR, payroll, and other enterprise systems. The ideal candidate combines strong technical integration expertise with excellent client-facing and communication skills and can independently translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions. What You’ll Do • Act as a primary Integration Consultant supporting UKG Time & Attendance integration initiatives . • Design, develop, implement, test, deploy, and support integrations between UKG Dimensions and HR, payroll, and other third-party platforms. • Work directly with clients and stakeholders to understand business requirements, assess existing systems, and recommend effective integration solutions. • Translate functional and business requirements into detailed technical specifications and integration designs. • Develop and maintain API-based and custom integration solutions . • Work with REST APIs, SQL/databases, JavaScript and/or Groovy to develop and troubleshoot integrations. • Participate throughout the integration lifecycle, including solution design, development, testing, deployment, troubleshooting, and ongoing production support. • Serve as a technical Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Time & Attendance and workforce management integrations . • Collaborate with business, technical, and project stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of integration initiatives. • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior Integration Specialists. • Support scalable, reliable, high-performing integration solutions aligned with enterprise technology standards. • Contribute to integration projects involving HR, payroll, workforce management, reporting, general ledger, and other enterprise systems. What We’re Looking For Required • 5+ years of relevant IT, integration consulting, or integration development experience. • Strong hands-on experience with UKG Time & Attendance , ideally UKG Dimensions . • Demonstrated experience designing and implementing system integrations. • Strong technical experience with: • REST APIs • SQL / relational databases • JavaScript and/or Groovy • Previous client-facing consulting or stakeholder management experience . • Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into functional and technical integration solutions. • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and presentation skills. • Ability to work independently and take ownership of integration projects from requirements through implementation and support. Nice to Have • Boomi integration platform experience or certification. • Experience integrating Time & Attendance solutions with Payroll, HRIS, HCM, or ERP systems . • Experience with enterprise HCM, HRIS, payroll, or workforce management implementations. • Experience with platforms such as ADP, Workday, Dayforce, or similar HCM solutions . • Professional services or consulting background. • Experience mentoring or providing technical leadership to junior team members.
