What You'll Be Doing:
Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, modular integrations and automation solutions between internal systems and third-party platforms, including ERP and finance systems
Partner with stakeholders across IT, Finance, HR, and Operations to gather requirements, assess risks, and set delivery milestones
Build and manage integrations using iPaaS platforms such as Workato, Boomi, MuleSoft, or Make, applying REST, SOAP, and related API standards
Perform thorough code reviews, providing constructive feedback to peers on correctness, readability, and maintainability
Participate in on-call rotation to monitor system health, improve logging and error-handling, and resolve root causes of production issue
Months 1-2: Ramp up on the team's existing integration ecosystem, internal tooling, coding standards, and 3P systems in use.
Months 3-4: Take ownership of at least one active integration project; begin participating in on-call rotation.
Months 5-6: Deliver a complete integration or automation enhancement independently; contribute to code reviews and team documentation improvements.
Integration solutions are delivered on time, well-tested, and require minimal rework post-launch
On-call contributions reduce mean time to resolution (MTTR) on integration-related incidents
Code review feedback is actionable, constructive, and consistently appliedDocumentation quality improves for at least one owned system or automation workflow within the first 6 months
What You'll Bring to the Table
Proficiency in at least one software language (e.g., Python, Java, Go, Node.js) with experience building automation and integration solutions
Hands-on experience with iPaaS platforms such as Workato, Boomi, MuleSoft, or Make; solid understanding of integration practices including REST, SOAP, and related API technologies
Experience with ERP integrations or finance systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Workday, or similar), with the ability to bridge gaps between vendor platforms and internal business processes
Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to collaborate with non-technical stakeholders and translate business needs into technical solutions
Familiarity with cloud compute infrastructure and a track record of estimating and delivering development work within agreed timelines
The compensation range listed for this role reflects the expected base salary for candidates located in the posting country based on a global rate. StackAdapt maintains different compensation ranges for roles across other countries and regions, and final offers will be aligned to the candidate’s current location. This range represents base salary only. Depending on the role, candidates may also be eligible for additional compensation such as annual bonuses, commissions, equity awards, and a comprehensive benefits package.
