We’re looking for a QA Test Developer who’s passionate about quality and excited to help us build reliable, high-performing products that impact real lives. In this role, you'll play a key part in maintaining and growing our mature automation framework while embedding quality into every stage of development across multiple development pods. You’ll collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and the broader engineering team to ensure we deliver seamless experiences across web and mobile. Your impact: - Write and maintain automated tests across web and React Native mobile applications (iOS and Android) within our existing WebdriverIO framework - Perform functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing - Run and monitor automated tests within CI/CD pipelines and flag issues proactively - Debug test failures, analyze results, and communicate findings clearly to developers and stakeholders - Collaborate with developers and senior QA to define test strategies for new and existing features - Contribute to sprint planning, stand-ups, and grooming sessions to ensure adequate test coverage - Create and maintain test plans, test cases, and reporting documentation - Support shift-left testing practices to catch issues earlier in the development cycle - Grow your ownership of the automation framework over time with guidance from the team You bring: - 3+ years of experience in QA automation or software development - Hands-on experience with WebdriverIO, Playwright, or a comparable modern test automation framework - Familiarity with TypeScript or JavaScript in a testing context - Exposure to React Native or mobile application testing is a plus - Experience running automated tests within CI/CD pipelines - Solid debugging and troubleshooting skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving - Familiarity with API testing tools such as Mocha, Supertest, Postman, or similar - Working knowledge of Git, GitHub, Jira, and Agile development practices Research shows that while men apply to jobs when they meet an average of 60% of listed criteria, women and other marginalized folks tend to only apply when they check every box.
