We also understand and appreciate that diversity is a driver of creativity and innovation, which will make our business more competitive, compelling and profitable. ” JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: WHAT YOU WILL DO: • Support the identification and implementation of AI-enabled automation opportunities across business, digital and operational platforms and processes • Assist in evaluating and applying AI tools to improve efficiency in research, documentation, analysis and reporting activities • Evaluate emerging AI and digital productivity tools and recommend practical use cases that align with business objectives. • Research, evaluate, and support the adoption of AI and automation solutions to enhance operational efficiency. • Support for User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities across business platforms. REQUIREMENTS: WHO ARE YOU: • Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in  Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Data Analytics, Digital Business, or related fields . • Strong interest in  digital transformation, business process improvement, platform enablement, and technology-driven business operations . • Good analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to assess business processes, identify gaps, and recommend improvements. • Proficient in  Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel , with the ability to prepare clear, structured presentations, reports, process flows, and project documentation. • Strong documentation skills with attention to detail in preparing  SOPs, business requirements, meeting minutes, process maps, and UAT artefacts . • Basic understanding of  system workflows, digital platforms, customer journeys, and operational processes . • Familiarity with  User Acceptance Testing (UAT)  concepts, including test case preparation, defect tracking, and validation of business requirements. • Familiarity with  AI tools and prompting techniques  to support research, analysis, documentation, and productivity improvement. • Strong research capabilities with the ability to conduct  competitive benchmarking and best-practice studies  related to system modernization and process optimization. • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams including Business, Product, Technology, Digital and Operations. • Proactive, organized, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks and priorities. • Ability to think critically and contribute ideas towards  system modernization, process simplification, automation, and governance improvements .
