Your Role: • Engage in   workshops with Clients,   demonstrating   your ability to probe, assess and   identify   issues or areas for   additional   review • Demonstrate your analytical and problem-solving skills by processing the gathered information from the Clients • Summarize conclusions based on unstructured data, research and workshops, suggest solutions, and document them in a clear and logical manner, thus allowing the Clients to adopt them in a seamless fashion • Take ownership of assigned tasks and   be motivated   to drive tasks / workstreams to conclusion within deadlines • Maintain excellent client relationships   and develop   an initial   network of personal   contacts   based on client engagements What   we   offer : • Access to global best practices and professional   know-how   in an international setting • Fast,   professional   and technical growth, steep learning curve • Challenging and interesting projects • Chance to work as a part of a positive and experienced team • Opportunity to work with colleagues across SEE region • Competitive   employee benefit   programme What we are looking for : • BA Degree in Economics, Business, Finance, or similar • Up to 2 years of relevant work experience in banking/corporate operations gained through a   top tier   strategic consultancy, technology vendors companies or within   some financial institution   ie .   bank , insurance company, payment provider • Knowledge or awareness   of   banking/ insurance/payment/ corporate trends related to technology and digital transformation • Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively in English, in both speaking and writing • Exceptional analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills • Basic project management skills • Proactiveness , curi osity,   excellent   communication   and interpersonal skills • Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel,   Word   and Power P oint) If you want to grow professionally in an outstanding work environment, please   apply   online by   2 3   August .
