We’re Move — an embedded talent consultancy on a mission to evolve how the world’s businesses recruit. We’re looking for a motivated and curious Recruiter to join our team in Cape Town. This role will support both Move’s internal hiring , making it a unique opportunity to learn hands-on from experienced recruiters while contributing to live work. You’ll gain exposure to the full recruitment lifecycle — from sourcing and market research to candidate engagement and employer branding. What you’ll be doing: Sourcing and identifying potential candidates across LinkedIn, job boards, and referrals. Screening CVs and supporting with interview scheduling. Assisting with Move’s internal hiring needs. Building candidate pipelines and supporting recruiters on client projects. Conducting market research and talent mapping. Updating and maintaining recruitment systems (ATS) and reporting. Supporting employer branding initiatives (content, events, campaigns). Learning core recruitment skills through structured training and mentorship. Requirements 2 - 4 years of recruitment experience (mixture of agency and internal). Strong written and verbal communication skills. Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks. Curious about people, careers, and businesses. Comfortable using LinkedIn and social media professionally. Resilient, resourceful, and eager to learn. A proactive team player, adaptable in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency using AI tools to streamline work. Based in Cape Town, with the ability to work in a hybrid setup. Benefits 💰 Salary: competitive salary on offer.
