YOUR TASKS • Act as an operations expert within the International Key Account Management team, supporting tenders, strategic and operational improvement projects, as well as controlling and management reporting. • Provide insights from regular KAM analytics by identifying improvement opportunities and driving the further development of the analytics framework. • Prepare and continuously improve reports, presentations, customer overviews, and management-ready documentation for international key account topics. • Coordinate responses to international tenders with Central Departments and relevant Countries, including product matching, pricing, and documentation processes. • Interact directly with customers, especially within existing relationships, to provide all required information and ensure efficient processes and high-quality service. • Drive and participate in improvement projects for the KAM community, ranging from process enhancements and new tools to specific strategies for Divisions and Segments. • Act as a link between Country Key Account Organizations and Corporate Departments, especially Pricing, Supply Chain, Purchasing, ESG, and Product Management. • Support the professionalization of Country Organizations by coaching them in best-in-class KAM Back-Office Processes, Data Maintenance, and Tender Response Management. YOUR PROFILE • Successfully completed university studies, preferably with a Bachelor's Degree or higher in Business Administration, International Management, or a comparable field. • Relevant experience in Sales Operations, Key Account Operations, Commercial Support, Project Coordination, or a comparable international business function. • Good understanding of international sales processes, customer structures, and cross-functional collaboration in a complex business environment. • Strong coordination skills with the ability to structure topics, proactively follow up, and independently manage multiple priorities. • Very good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint; experience with CRM, ERP, or Reporting Systems is an advantage. • Structured, accurate, and proactive working style with a strong sense of ownership, business orientation, and service mindset. • Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data and complex information into clear insights and decision-relevant documents. • Fluent English skills and proficiency in at least one additional language, both written and spoken.
