Investor Relations - Institutional Capital Raising, GCC Dubai, UAE | Primarily AVP and VP level | Relocation support available Greenstone is hiring experienced Investor Relations professionals to join its GCC team in Dubai. These are front-office, revenue-generating roles for commercially driven professionals who want direct responsibility for institutional investor relationships and fundraising outcomes. You will work closely with Greenstone’s senior leadership and leading global Fund Managers to raise capital from sophisticated investors across the GCC. This is an opportunity to build a long-term career in institutional capital raising, develop deep market relationships and gain exposure to a broad range of global private market strategies. The Opportunity As part of Greenstone’s Investor Relations team, you will manage fundraising activity across the GCC for a portfolio of global alternative investment Fund Managers. You will take ownership of the full fundraising process, from identifying relevant investors and securing initial meetings through to roadshows, due diligence, follow-up and closing. This is not a communications-led or support-focused Investor Relations position. It is a commercial, relationship-driven role with clear fundraising objectives and meaningful exposure to senior investors and investment decision-makers. Key Responsibilities • Represent global Fund Managers across private equity, private credit, venture capital, infrastructure, real estate and other alternative investment strategies. • Manage the full fundraising lifecycle, including investor targeting, outreach, meetings, roadshows, due diligence, pipeline management and closing. • Build and maintain long-term relationships with sovereign wealth funds, pension funds, insurers, family offices, private banks, asset managers and other institutional investors. • Develop a detailed understanding of each Fund Manager’s investment strategy, track record, portfolio and market positioning. • Present complex investment opportunities clearly and credibly to senior institutional investors. • Work closely with Fund Managers and internal teams to develop targeted fundraising strategies for the GCC market. • Maintain an accurate and disciplined investor pipeline through consistent CRM usage, structured follow-up and clear reporting. • Work towards defined fundraising targets and commercial objectives. • Contribute to a collaborative, accountable and high-performing team environment. About You We are looking for commercially minded, intellectually curious and resilient professionals who are motivated to build a successful career in institutional capital raising. You will ideally bring: • Experience in capital raising, fund placement, institutional sales or Investor Relations. • Exposure to private markets, alternative investments, asset management or financial services. • The confidence and credibility to engage senior investors and investment decision-makers. • The ability to understand complex investment strategies and communicate them in a clear and compelling way. • A strong commercial mindset and comfort working towards defined fundraising targets. • Excellent relationship-management skills and the ability to build trust over long investment cycles. • Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and a disciplined approach to follow-up. • High standards of professionalism, preparation and execution. • Knowledge of the GCC institutional investor landscape is advantageous but not essential. • Arabic language capabilities are beneficial but not required. • This opportunity is particularly suited to professionals seeking genuine ownership, commercial accountability and progression within a front-office fundraising environment.
