本職務隸屬廠區E化團隊，主要負責各類E化系統的維運、優化與新功能開發，協助使用單位將作業流程轉化為穩定、易維護的資訊系統。現有系統多採前後端分離架構，亦包含少部分MVC舊系統。工作上將與廠區使用者、IT及跨部門團隊合作，參與需求釐清、系統規劃、開發測試、部署與問題排除，並持續接觸容器化、系統整合及智慧製造相關應用，累積完整的系統開發與維運經驗。 主要工作內容： - 負責廠區各類E化系統的日常維運、異常問題排除、原因分析及系統持續改善。 - 與使用單位進行需求訪談及流程釐清，協助完成系統分析、功能規劃、架構設計與技術方案評估。 - 參與前端與後端系統開發，包含程式撰寫、API串接、資料庫存取、測試、部署及技術文件維護。 - 維護既有MVC架構系統，並依實際需求進行功能擴充、系統重構或前後端分離架構轉型。 - 協助系統部署、版本管理及容器化環境建置，提升系統的穩定性、可維護性與部署效率。 人才需具備： - 學歷：大學以上，資訊工程、資訊管理、電機電子或其他相關科系；具同等實務能力者亦可。 - 工作經驗：不拘，歡迎應屆畢業生或具軟體開發經驗者加入。 - 具備至少一種前端開發技術的基礎或實務經驗，例如 React、Vue、Angular 或其他前端框架。 - 具備至少一種後端開發技術的基礎或實務經驗，例如 .NET、Python 或其他後端程式語言及框架。 - 具備基本的資料庫、SQL、RESTful API及Git版本控制概念。 - 具備良好的邏輯思考、系統規劃及問題分析能力，能協助進行問題定位、原因分析及異常排除。 - 具備良好的溝通協調與團隊合作能力，能與使用單位及跨部門團隊共同完成系統開發與導入。 - 能閱讀基本英文技術文件，並具備主動學習新技術及持續改善的意願。 加分項目： - 具 Docker、Kubernetes 或其他容器化及容器管理技術的基本概念或使用經驗。 - 具 Linux環境、CI/CD、自動化部署、系統監控或維運管理相關經驗。 - 具前後端分離、微服務架構、RESTful API或跨系統介接相關經驗。 - 具MVC舊系統維護、系統重構或架構現代化經驗。 - 曾參與廠區E化、智慧製造、MES、設備整合或企業內部資訊系統開發者尤佳。 Can’t find a suitable opening?
