Department: IT Location: Dublin (onsite) Reports to: Head of IT Operations Contract Type: 12-month FTC, Full-time Background: Arthur Cox is at the forefront of technology adoption that drive value within the firm, its client's business, and the wider legal industry. IT operations play a central role, connecting digital capabilities to the firm’s objectives and creating a solid foundation for continued success.   IT Operations encompasses a broad range of activities focused on the day-to-day management and maintenance of the firm's critical IT infrastructure and services across several key areas: AV/VC (Audio Visual / Video Conferencing), Infrastructure, Security and Service Desk. IT Operations ensure that all IT systems and services are running smoothly and are thus strategically aligned with the firm’s long-term growth and innovation goals, with a laser focus on client service delivery and operational efficiency.  About the role The IT Graduate will get the opportunity to gain hands-on experience across IT support, infrastructure, cloud services, security, service management, and operational processes. This role is designed to provide exposure to a broad range of enterprise technologies while developing technical, analytical, and customer service skills within a professional services environment under the full support and guidance of the IT operations team. The successful candidate will support the delivery of high-quality IT services, contribute to operational excellence initiatives, and participate in projects that enhance the firm's technology landscape. You will regularly interact with key stakeholders in the firm as well as external vendors and will require excellent communication skills, the ability to solve problem independently and take the initiative where necessary.
