As IT Solution Manager, you will build on your solution expertise and project experience to lead modernization initiatives for EMEA Juice, including the support of the JDE and the SCADA Middleware upgrade. Your added value to the Company is your ability to create an overall vision for solutions driven by business needs and to leverage the right technical layers.
The EMEA Juice application landscape is currently outdated, with modernization projects underway to upgrade JDE and, linked to that, upgrade the current SCADA middleware (MeTrack) to remain secure and keep the systems stable.
LDC's activities in EMEA continue to expand, and we need to prioritize projects aligned with DT&A portfolio best practices to foster synergies for local applications across EMEA.
Objectives:
• Track and support EMEA Juice projects, focusing on the JDE upgrade and Metrack upgrade
• Provide support and guidance from both a maintenance and an architecture standpoint
• Review and validate solution designs complementary to functional IT streams
• Maintain technology watch—specifically for JDE and Metrack ecosystems—and define a strong long-term roadmap over time
Diploma / Experience
• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in IT or related discipline
• Expected to have 3+ years of experience in solution management, application modernization, or ERP deployment in a global context
• Experience with integration of local and global applications
• Sense of ownership, taking matters in their own hands
• Change leadership skills, with ability to challenge traditional approaches
• Strong analytical and strategic problem-solving abilities
• Experience in soft commodity trading or juice industry is a plus
IT skills:
• Hands-on experience with JDE
• Functional knowledge of application integration and modernization
• Hands-on experience with project delivery and solution architecture
• Understanding of portfolio management and best practices
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English
• Self-driven, customer-focused, and proactive
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to travel as required
• Cross-cultural mindset to collaborate globally
• Exposure to SCADA is a plus
• Exposure to many different tools or technologies is a plus
Additional:
Flexibility for medium-level business travel is required
Openness to future international assignments is a plus
This is a 4d Office / 1d Home Working arrangement
• Master’s degree (or equivalent) in IT or related discipline
• 3–5 years of experience in solution management, application modernization, or ERP deployment in a global context
• Proven track record in leading large-scale transformation projects
• Experience with integration of local and global applications
• Change leadership skills, with ability to challenge traditional approaches
• Strong analytical and strategic problem-solving abilities
• Experience in soft commodity trading or juice industry is a plus
• Flexibility for medium-level business travel is required. Up to 15%
• Openness to future international assignments is a plus
