💼 IT Specialist (Systems & Network) 📍 Alcobendas (On-site) | 🕐 Full-time 🚀 What will you do? You’ll be part of the team ensuring that the company’s IT infrastructure runs smoothly and efficiently. This is not just a basic support role — you’ll have real impact on daily operations. Your responsibilities will include: • Providing technical support to internal users (hardware, software, network) • Installing, configuring, and maintaining workstations, servers, and network systems • Troubleshooting incidents and resolving technical issues end-to-end • Managing network infrastructure (routers, switches, connectivity) • Installing and maintaining business applications (Microsoft Office, ERP, CRM) • Managing IT inventory and software licenses • Supporting backup systems and data integrity • Maintaining technical documentation (systems, configurations, incidents) 🧠 What we’re looking for • Degree or vocational training in IT (or equivalent experience) • Previous experience in IT support / systems / networking roles • Solid knowledge of: • Windows environments • Network troubleshooting • Hardware and system configuration • Professional level of Spanish and English, desirable Russian and/or Armenian 🌟 What we offer • Stable full-time position • Real exposure to IT infrastructure and systems • Collaborative and supportive team • Opportunity to grow technically ⚠️ Requirements • Based in Madrid or available to work on-site • Legal authorization to work in Spain • Commitment to confidentiality and best practices
