We are looking for an “IT Technician (Cabling & Datacenter)” to strengthen the teams within Cronos Europa. As an IT Technician, you will play a central role in the deployment, maintenance, and support of IT and network infrastructure. Location: Luxembourg, on the client's premises Department: Operations (70 employees across 3 countries) Responsibilities • Installation & Maintenance : Install, configure, and modify IT infrastructure equipment, including switches, routers, security devices, and Wi-Fi solutions • Ensure the proper functioning and maintenance of the IT environment. • Technical documentation : Create and maintain technical diagrams, technical documentation, and operational procedures related to the IT environment • Capacity Planning : Monitor infrastructure capacity. • Reporting : Produce detailed reports and recommend improvements to optimize performance and resource utilization. • Asset Lifecycle Management : Oversee the reception, installation, connection, relocation, and decommissioning of equipment. • Ensure accurate asset tracking and inventory management throughout their lifecycle. Technical Skills • Proven experience working with data centre infrastructures or large-scale computer room environments. • Strong knowledge of structured cabling. • Solid understanding of LAN/WAN networking and Wi-Fi technologies. • Demonstrated experience in IT asset inventory management, including asset registration, traceability, CMDB management, statistics, and reporting. • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Profile • Autonomous, reliable, and accountable. • Strong sense of responsibility and commitment • Fluency in French is mandatory. • English is considered an asset. • On-site work at the client's premises in Luxembourg. • No remote working option available.
