Support Services Group is looking for Collections agents to join our team in our Kingston, Jamaica office. This candidate will aim to make a positive impact with our customers, build lasting relationships and deliver a tech-enabled financing experience that is simple, fast, and effective. Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities: • Increase the collection of outstanding payments • Maintain daily, weekly and monthly collection and metric goals • Outbound/Inbound calls with customers to resolve debts owed • All communications must be handled in compliance with our collections policies and procedures Preferred Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities • 1-2 years of direct experience in collections; knowledge in sales, negotiation, and persuasion tools • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Prior telemarketing experience with financial products preferred • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications • Self-motivated and extremely goal-oriented • Team Player
