We’re hiring strong backend engineers to join several of our core engineering teams — Banking, Loans, Core Tech Platform, and Cards. All teams work on high-impact, backend-heavy systems that power key financial products and internal platforms. We're striving for engineering excellence, not just in delivery speed, but in quality of systems and the craft of software development. We're building a team that values clarity, good architecture, testing discipline, and a collaborative engineering culture. Our stack includes: Java • Spring Boot • AWS (EKS) • MySQL • Kafka • Redis • Grafana • Prometheus. Requirements Our ideal candidate has a real production experience in Java backend development: Ideally with modern frameworks like Spring Boot Familiarity with cloud-native environments Have experience building and supporting distributed systems at scale Writing production-grade code with attention to reliability, maintainability, and testability Fintech experience is a big plus. Especially if you’ve worked on things like payments, banking products, etc. Fluent Russian and English language These backend roles are not “just API glue” but engineers who understand how systems work under the hood, care about observability and performance, and want to build things that last.
