You are energetic, team-oriented, and ready to support the bar team in creating outstanding guest experiences. ABOUT THE ROLE As a Junior Bartender , you will play a supportive and hands-on role in the smooth running of the bar. Your responsibilities will include: Support daily bar operations, including preparation, service assistance, and maintaining smooth workflow. Maintain bar cleanliness, organization, and hygiene standards throughout service and closing routines. Manage stock levels by restocking beverages, garnishes, ice, glassware, and bar supplies as needed. Prepare fresh garnishes, juices, fruits, and other bar ingredients according to quality standards. Follow beverage procedures, safety regulations, and SOPs to ensure consistent service quality. Support Senior Bartenders and collaborate with the team to deliver an excellent guest experience.
