We're   seeking a driven   Junior   Business   Development   Manager to join our   Copenhagen   team and lead   our growth journey in   the   Nordic market! By having this position y ou'll be at the forefront of driving growth and   generating   new partnerships in the Nordic region, with a   crucial   role   in expanding our client base and delivering innovative data solutions to some of the world's most influential brands. Here’s   a breakdown of what   you’ll   do: • Identify   and pursue new business opportunities in the Nordic market. • Present YouGov's products and services to potential clients,   demonstrating   their value. • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets. • Build and   maintain   strong relationships with key decision-makers in target companies   and sectors. • Collaborate with internal teams to create tailored solutions for clients. These   are the essentials   you’ll   need to get an interview: You have a passion for   marketing and   data, coupled with a commercial mindset and can-do attitude: • Experience in market research, data analytics, or related industries   is a plus. • Preferable   1-2   years of client facing B2B   sales   experience. • Proven   track record   in new business development   or   sales. • Ability to understand   brands’   needs and requests within market research. • Strong networking and relationship-building skills. • Fluent communication skills, both written and spoken, in English and   Danish. • Demonstrates strong organizational skills, effectively managing multiple deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. • A collaborative team player with a positive, solution-oriented mindset, excellent communication and presentation skills, and confidence in working with numbers and interpreting data. The role will come with training and development from senior sales professionals within YouGov to build on your skill set.  The remuneration package includes a base salary in the range of DKK450k - 485k per annum, complemented by a performance-based commission structure.
