Some of the things this role will work on: • Liaising with clients, architects, and main contractors • Identifying and facilitating new business opportunities • Masterplan and feasibility budgets • Cost checking of developing design • Value engineering • Tender evaluations and analysis • Contract negotiations • Cash flow projects • Procurement • Cost reporting • Evaluation of variations • Payment Recommendations • Final account reporting • Claims preparation, presentation, negotiation and settlement of claims • Investment analysis • Formulating and implementing benchmarking processes to improve the consistency, accuracy and time to prepare cost models and plans How do I apply?
