This role combines Service Desk responsibilities with hands-on end-user support, giving you exposure to a wide range of technologies and real-world IT challenges. What you will do As a Junior IT Service Desk Agent , you will be the first point of contact for employees requiring IT support while working closely with experienced IT professionals to ensure timely and effective resolution of technical issues. Your responsibilities will include: Providing first-line and on-site IT support for internal users. Taking ownership of incidents and service requests from initial diagnosis through resolution or appropriate escalation. Delivering high-quality end-to-end IT support with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and business continuity. Troubleshooting hardware, software, network connectivity, and workplace technology issues. Preparing, configuring, and deploying laptops, desktops, and mobile devices for new and existing employees. Supporting Microsoft Windows environments and Microsoft 365 applications. Managing user accounts, permissions, passwords, and access requests. Supporting Active Directory and Microsoft Exchange administration activities. Assisting with software installations, updates, and system configurations. Supporting devices, including setup, configuration, and troubleshooting. Resolving issues related to printing, workplace devices, and end-user applications. Documenting activities and maintaining accurate records. Collaborating with teams and business stakeholders to deliver effective solutions. Following established procedures and corporate policies to ensure accuracy, consistency, and high-quality delivery of daily tasks. Contributing to the continuous improvement of support processes and service quality. What we're looking for  We're looking for someone who combines technical foundations with excellent communication skills. Curiosity, eagerness to learn, and a genuine interest in technology are just as important as your experience. Requirements Around 2+ years of experience in IT Support, Service Desk, Help Desk, Desktop Support, End User Support, or a similar role. Experience supporting users in a customer-facing environment . Good knowledge of Microsoft Windows environments. Experience with Active Directory user administration.  Understanding of Microsoft Exchange. Understanding of networking fundamentals. Good understanding of Microsoft 365 services.  General understanding of IT infrastructure and end-user technologies. Understanding of incident and service request management processes.
