Role: Junior Producer Employment: 6-month FTC Location: Dublin, Ireland About the role: This is a learning-focused role with real responsibility from day one. You'll support end-to-end production across multiple formats and channels, developing your skills in project coordination, workflow management, and stakeholder communication. You'll work closely with internal creative teams, external suppliers, and client partners - building the foundations of a production career within a fast-paced, inclusive studio environment. What you will be doing: Support the production and delivery of motion and still creative assets across social, digital, print, and POS Assist with project scheduling, briefing, and tracking to keep deliverables on course and deadlines met Coordinate with internal creative teams, external suppliers, and production partners to manage workflows and outputs Maintain project documentation including timelines, status reports, and asset trackers Traffic creative assets from brief through to final delivery, supporting handovers at each stage Assist with the organisation and logistics of productions, including design briefs, photography, and motion shoots Contribute actively to project meetings with clear, timely updates at every phase Flag risks or delays early and escalate to senior team members where needed Build positive working relationships with client stakeholders and internal teams - integrating naturally into client-side environments while representing the studio with professionalism Support basic budget administration - including purchase orders and invoice tracking - under guidance from senior team members What you need to be great in this role: Experience supporting production across social and digital content, print, and POS Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously Clear, proactive communication style and a collaborative approach to working across creative, production, and client teams Confidence engaging with client stakeholders and contributing to productive working relationships Familiarity with project management or production tools such as Monday.com, Workfront, Frame.io, or similar Awareness of production budgets and an ability to support basic financial admin such as purchase orders and invoice tracking Experience with consumer products is a plus Basic proficiency with Gen AI tools relevant to production workflows Genuine curiosity about how AI can improve efficiency and support creative output Willingness to develop prompting skills and explore AI-assisted ways of working An agentic mindset: the ability to break down tasks, find efficient paths forward, and adapt as projects evolve *** Req ID: 18465 #LI-JP1 #LI-Associate #LI-Onsite Our values shape everything we do: Be  Ambitious  to succeed  Be  Imaginative  to push the boundaries of what’s possible  Be  Inspirational  to do groundbreaking work  Be  always learning and listening to understand  Be  Results-focused
