Description
As Junior Product Developer, you will be a key player in bringing our design vision to life, supporting the entire product development process from the initial concept to final commercialization. Sitting within the Women’s team, you will work closely with Product, Design and Tech Team and help ensure we deliver premium, high-quality, and commercially strong collections that meet both creative goals and business targets. Key Responsibilities Support the development of products that meet our quality, pricing, and timing targets. Act as the vital link between product, design and suppliers, ensuring smooth communication and execution throughout the development process. Proactively source and develop high-quality and commercially viable products aligned with the product brief and range plan. Assist in price and lead-time negotiations with suppliers, ensuring final products align with category goals. Follow up on quality tests for materials, trims, and samples to uphold a consistently high-quality standard. Continuously monitor sales performance and market trends to ensure a competitive and relevant assortment. Support in developing products in the most sustainable way possible, in line with our sustainability goals. Profile We believe you will thrive and succeed in this role if you have: University degree in textiles or a related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within product development. Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment. A flexible, proactive team player with a positive and passionate mindset. Fluent in spoken and written English. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Google tools, and PLM systems.
