Looking for your next growth step with incredible learning potential? As our Junior Services & Partnerships Manager (m/f/d) , you’ll combine hands-on operations with project management and cross-departmental partner development. You’ll gain deep business insights, shape innovative ideas with real creative freedom, take true ownership, and create actual revenue impact from day one in Limehome. You'll work cross-functionally with diverse teams - including Operations, Revenue, and Digital Product - to develop and manage a wide range of services and partnerships, such as gym collaborations, breakfast partnerships, and many more. How you’ll be hosting with heart: Partner Acquisition & Onboarding: You actively identify and win new partners, support contract negotiations, and guide the entire onboarding journey through to successful contract signing. Rollout & Implementation: You drive the technical and operational rollout of new partnerships in collaboration with internal teams and ensure high process and data quality through regular quality checks. Partner Support & Portfolio Management: You serve as the main operational contact for partners, resolve day-to-day inquiries, and maintain a transparent, well-documented overview of our portfolio. Data Analysis & Reporting: You track key business metrics and booking data, resolve discrepancies, and leverage guest feedback to review internal standards. Cross-Functional Stakeholder Coordination: You act as a connector between internal teams, managing project to-dos and ensuring smooth, proactive communication with all stakeholders. Business Development & Optimization: You research new partnership concepts, evaluate their operational, legal, and financial feasibility, and continuously refine internal tools and structures. What you need to shoot for the stars: A degree in Business Administration or a related field (or equivalent qualification) paired with 1–2 years of relevant experience in Partner Management, Business Development, or Operations. Strong analytical and mathematical skills with a high affinity for data-driven work to derive clear operational insights. Confident handling of MS Office, Google Suite, modern AI tools, and a quick grasp of digital platforms. Very good communication skills in German (native/fluent) and English (fluent), with the ability to build trust and negotiate effectively with internal and external stakeholders. A highly organized, patient, and reliable approach with a keen eye for detail and high quality standards. A pragmatic, proactive mindset for operational tasks as well as conceptual topics, combined with high curiosity and continuous willingness to learn. We're designed to stay because: Hybrid Office Model: We offer a flexible and empowering work environment - you can choose to work 100% from our office or partially from home and the office. Visa & Language Support: We’ll support you during your visa process and with learning German on every language level after passing your probation period. Relocation Support : We'll financially support your move to Munich if you live further away than 300km from our office. Growth and Development: We make sure that you keep growing - through constant feedback, peer reviews and exchanges with focus on your development. Limitless learning : We offer you the possibility to choose an external development format that will help you in reaching your full potential without any limits in budget. Workation: You have the chance to work twice per year for a duration of up to 4 weeks from a different country in the European Union.
