The Technical Junior Implementation Specialist is responsible for assisting with the implementation, configuration, support, and maintenance of CRM, contact centre, telephony, access layer, and customer interaction solutions. This role provides junior-level technical and operational support to ensure system changes, enhancements, and implementations are delivered accurately and in line with business and operational requirements. The role supports routing, Interactive Voice Response systems, chat, email, voice, and other access layer platforms while working under the guidance of more senior team members. The incumbent will work with internal teams, stakeholders, vendors, and service providers to support systems, documentation, testing, reporting, and continuous improvement across contact centre environments.
