Description
We are looking for a designer who can solve problems creatively and effectively. You will join a dynamic and fast-paced environment and work with a cross-functional team consisting of product managers, engineers, and other related stakeholders. About the Job: • Hands-on in the end-to-end product design process from empathizing towards users’ problems, ideation, taking designs from early concepts to pixel-perfect final production, and prototypes. • Collaborate with the Product Manager, Engineer, and other related stakeholders to define and implement innovative features for the product. • Proactively seek/give feedback from other stakeholders to make sure concepts are meeting the intended project goal. • Effectively deliver features and improvements in a well-defined scope. About You: • Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in a related field. • Strong proficiency in product design with extensive and demonstrated expertise in visual hierarchy, layout, and information architecture. • A team player who enjoys a collaborative design process. • Deep empathy and interest in keeping your customers’ point of view in the forefront, constantly bringing questions back to what will serve them best. • Good Understanding of Design Process and usage of data.. • Excellent organizational and collaboration skills to manage a wide range of stakeholders. • Strong expertise with design software such as Figma and additionally understand how to build a webpage using Framer. • Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively.
