You’ll lead activities, supervise play, and ensure every child enjoys a memorable experience that reflects our brand’s commitment to family-friendly hospitality. Positive Role Model: You demonstrate patience, kindness, and enthusiasm in every interaction. Veterans and military spouses are encouraged to apply. What You’ll Do: Lead age-appropriate games, crafts, and recreational activities. Engage children in fun, educational, and interactive experiences. Promote a positive and inclusive environment for all participants. Monitor children at all times to ensure safety and well-being. Enforce camp rules and respond promptly to any concerns. Maintain compliance with health and safety standards. Communicate with parents regarding schedules, activities, and any concerns. Provide exceptional service and ensure a welcoming experience for families. Prepare activity spaces and maintain cleanliness throughout the day. Track attendance and assist with inventory of supplies. Report any maintenance or safety issues promptly. Other Responsibilities: Stand for extended periods during shifts. Regularly lift up to 45 pounds, reach, bend, crouch, kneel, push, pull, and walk. Regular attendance in conformance with standards. May be required to work varying schedules to reflect business needs. Required to attend all mandatory training sessions and meetings. Perform other duties as assigned. Your Qualifications Include: Previous experience working with children in a camp, daycare, or recreation setting preferred. CPR and First Aid certification required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work weekends, holidays, and flexible shifts. Creative and enthusiastic approach to child engagement.
