• Laundry Helper - OH/All Programs *This is a Work Experience (work-based learning) position available through Workforce Solutions Coastal Bend. All candidates will be considered after program eligibility is determined. Job Title: Laundry Helper Position: PT, Days and hours to be arranged Location: Corpus Christi Second Chance Employer: No Pay Rate $10.00 an hour Age: 18+ Recruiter B Garza Tasks: • Load articles into washers or dry-cleaning machines, or direct other workers to perform loading. • Start washers, dry cleaners, driers, or extractors, and turn valves or levers to regulate machine processes and the volume of soap, detergent, water, bleach, starch, and other additives. • Remove items from washers or dry-cleaning machines, or direct other workers to do so. • Sort and count articles removed from dryers, and fold, wrap, hang them and/or fold them.
